It's important to address both the external and internal aspects of
life in your treatment plan. The difficulty of trying unsuccessfully to
conceive can yield a nearly unbearable amount of stress on a person,
leaving some feeling depressed, frustrated and hopeless. TCM treatment
can't fully remove the external stresses in your life, but lifestyle
recommendations can help you manage them better, and may be included in
the treatment.
For example, a treatment plan might include recommendations for activities such as counseling, yoga for fertility, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, exercise routines, Shiatsu or other massages, foot baths, or guided imagery and meditation.
